• Lead and conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with scientific staff and stakeholders
• Analyze data and develop mental models, customer journey maps, and service blueprints to inform design
• Create site maps, flows, navigation strategies, wireframes, and prototypes for the internal portal
• Present research findings, insights, and design recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with content and creative leads on hierarchy, taxonomy, and interaction design
• Partner closely with the Business Analyst and cross-functional teams throughout the design and development lifecycle
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience designing UX for pharmaceutical, life sciences, or laboratory automation environments
• Proficiency with UX software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of design thinking, interaction design, usability best practices, and responsive design
• Proven ability to lead user research, testing activities, and deliverables
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on site in Boston, MA at least 3 days per week
