About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development, regulatory approval, and commercialization of medical device products. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. The Project Manager will support the Centralized Program Management Office (CPMO) activities of the organization as below:

What You'll Do

• Effectively lead moderately sized project teams ensuring good cross-functional communications and alignment to ensure timely completion of the project or task.
• Generate and implement project plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments.
• Build team ownership and commitment to project plan and identify, manage, and communicate project risks.
• Prioritize, delegate, and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to drive execution of project deliverables and minimize risk.
• Interact with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizations.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates to management.
• Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision logs, metrics, and other key communications.
• Manage individual project challenges and recommend solutions to address them.
• Ensure current client policies and practices are followed, and accurate documentation requirements are followed.

What We Look For

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and Microsoft 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience in the medical device - Direct Marking or regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality management systems 
• Experience with product development lifecycle and design controls
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
