Content Marketing Specialist
Paragonix Technologies markets organ transportation devices that safeguard organs during the journey between donor and recipient patients. Our devices incorporate clinically proven and medically trusted hypothermic preservation techniques in a novel suspension system to provide unprecedented physical and thermal protection. Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time. Paragonix also markets transplant services and organ screening to the transplant community.
The Content Marketing Specialist is a key marketing team member focused on the conception, design, and production of marketing materials. The Content Marketing Specialist should have experience in designing and laying out technical documents, advertising and promotion tactics, digital marketing assets and video/animation production. This individual is accountable for creative, brand-compliant, and timely design, formatting, production, and delivery of professional marketing content. The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for individual creation, as well as effective teamwork and communication with others. This position requires proficiency in multiple software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of work consistently and accurately.
Primary responsibilities/authority will include:
Produce and customize market-facing content across diverse asset types tailored to technical B2B audiences including presentations, case studies, white papers, datasheets, brochures, infographics, animations, web and social ads and other relevant form factors
Develop effective, on-brand creative platforms, campaigns, and executions
Design a wide range of graphics and creative assets for digital and print marketing materials, including internal/external presentations
Develop creative concepts and campaigns for digital, including web, UX, social, email, and video
Create compelling and engaging data visualizations, process flows, charts, and illustrations
Maintain and organize creative assets in centralized repositories
Create, enhance, and maintain style and brand guidelines
Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously
Manage external vendors and consultants as required
Build strong relationships with product management, market development, and other business partners to understand and interpret Paragonix product strategy
Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in marketing/graphic design
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred development experience in CMS environment (Webflow, Wordpress, Drupal), digital marketing tools (Hubspot, marketo), and sales enablement platforms (Seismic)
Multimedia experience in video and digital delivery (After Effects, Premiere, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript)
Experience with social media marketing and platforms a plus, but not required
Strong communication, project management and prioritization skills
Strong work ethic with exceptional project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment developing creative designs within tight deadlines
Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent oral and written communications skills
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Location: Hybrid, Boston Area preferred
Must be willing to travel domestic and/or internationally approximately 15%-20% of the time
