Job Description:

S2N is seeking an Account Manager to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success with our platform while identifying opportunities for expansion. cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, act as a product expert, drive adoption and retention, and surface opportunities for deeper customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare industry clients at all levels
  • Ensure service and support that matches S2N’s high standards
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion
  • Develop pipeline within the current customer base and identify expansion opportunities
  • Demonstrate new RepSignal features and provide expert assistance during regular customer calls
  • Follow process for regular communication with customers
  • Strategically prioritize customers with the highest growth potential
  • Provide regular pipeline and customer health updates to the team
  • Represent S2N at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the value and functionality of all RepSignal features
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the renewal process for existing customers
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to help S2N achieve its goals
  • Track and report on customer health metrics and business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management or similar experience
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data systems and MedTech industry challenges
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts ($250K+ annual contract value)
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets
  • Strong business acumen to understand client operations and identify expansion opportunities
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on customer retention and revenue growth
  • Preferred primary locations: Massachusetts, California, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota and/or Southern California (other locations considered)
  • Experience in high-growth B2B software environments
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to company growth and development
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and collaboration tools


Compensation Range: Salary $100-$120K depending on experience with opportunity for commissions and bonuses
