Chelsea Fuller

Chelsea Fuller joined Battelle as a Sr. Product Manager in September of 2021, responsible for the NeuroLife® product portfolio and serves as a Medical Device Product and Portfolio manager to support client engagements in their early-stage innovation and R&D work to ensure a long-term growth plan and client needs are forefront during project work.

Chelsea has 20+ years as an experienced professional with diverse marketing experience both in domestic and international markets with skills in channel management, business and relationship development, product and brand management, market research, promotion, clinical engagement, regulatory, business, and new product development.

Prior to joining Battelle, Chelsea worked for Cardinal Health from 2014 - 2021. She most recently led a global portfolio of products used in the Operating Room but additionally supported patient consumer goods, i.e., DME and Incontinence.

Before joining Cardinal Health, she worked as a Global Sales & Marketing Manager for Beekley Corp in Bristol, CT growing their international business double-digits. Chelsea holds a B.S., Marketing and a M.S., Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. She also holds product design and development certificates from Northwestern and UC Berkley. She and her husband, Brian, reside in central Ohio with their two boys, Owen, and Colin.




Michael Glynn

Michael Glynn has over 18 years of experience as a systems engineer developing products for the medical device industry, primarily in the in vitro diagnostic and drug delivery spaces. His current role is Principal Systems Engineer within the Medical Device Solutions business at Battelle. 

In the capacity of Systems Lead, Michael has been instrumental in guiding the development of various drug delivery and diagnostic medical devices by generating system architectures, driving requirements generation, including providing guidance to clients on requirements best practices, facilitating safety risk management activities, conducting system level engineering analyses, and orchestrating design verification planning, execution, and reporting. His projects have spanned all phases of product realization, from concept development through transfer to manufacture and on into sustainment.

Michael has a B.S. in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering and a B.S. in Physics from The University of Melbourne. He enjoys hiking with his partner and their two children and is over halfway towards his goal of visiting all 63 US National Parks.
