Ryan has spent 30 years in the Biotechnology, Medical Device R&D, and Product Development industries.  He has worked within many companies that have applied novel technologies for a range of markets, including cell and gene therapies, biotherapeutics, biotech instrumentation, and In Vitro Diagnostics.  At Triple Ring Technologies, Ryan leads teams of world class scientists and engineers who work at the junction of complex biology and cutting-edge technology. Within the Agility Labs incubator, a subsidiary of Triple Ring Technologies, he helps select the brightest startups for participation in the incubator.  As an active participant in the Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem, Ryan also spends time connecting early-stage companies to the infrastructure, know-how and funding needed to successfully bring new products to market. Ryan was trained in genetics and molecular cell biology at the University of California at Davis.  He is co-inventor of six US patents, has published multiple scientific communications and presents frequently at international science and technology conferences.


Anna Finley

Anna Finley is a Senior Global Product Manager at Philips Healthcare with over a decade of experience in medical device software, healthcare, and informatics industries, including five years consulting. Over the course of her career, she has helped develop and launch impactful digital solutions that drive value and impact for healthcare professionals and patients.

 

As a passionate expert, she excels at bringing together teams across the organization to form successful partnerships with customers that have helped improve workflow, performance measurement, visualizing data in a way to gain insights, enhance clinical context, and overall clinical and operational performance for their customers.

 

In her current role, she has the opportunity to bring ultrasound device and fleet management to new levels of digital efficiency, leveraging her expertise in upstream marketing activities, value proposition development, portfolio management, and, most importantly, many customer relationships built on trust, continued performance, and success.

 

She is looking forward to the discussion on the future of digital health and the profound impact it can have on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals alike.

Laura has over 25 years in Medical Device R&D, with a strong focus in Usability, User-centered design, working closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and foremost clinicians to create real value.  

A founding member of MGHfc Parent and Patient IBD Board, and Improve Care Now’s Pathway to Mastery, she intimately understands the power of relevant, centralized insights at the right time, to empower both patients and Healthcare Providers. 

  

In her current role, she has led the design and development of Jabil’s Digital Health Platform for Med tech, Biopharma, and Diagnostics; providing digital device and health solutions and speed to market through a rapidly configured, regulated flexible foundation with a focus on Remote Patient Monitoring, Remote Therapeutics and Decentralized Clinical Trials. These solutions optimize and preserve clinical resources, enable the realization of income from new codes, and provide the right insights at the right time to inform critical decisions.

Alan Raby

Alan Raby is the CEO and Founder of CareMates, a digital care platform for older adults. Alan has over 30 years of experience in which 20+ years have been spent working in the technology industry globally. He is a serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur. He has ~ 20 years of experience working in Japan and was previously a General Manager with SONY where he was responsible for bringing SONY FeliCa technology, EDY e-money and Osaifu-Keitai from Japan to the US. He is a pioneer in FinTech and launched the first nation wide mobile banking application in the US in 2001. Alan has a Bachelor of Science (BSC) from the University of Toronto and holds both a CMA and CPA accounting designations. He is a BOD of Excite Credit Union. He resides in San Francisco. Alan is an avid mountain, trail and ultra trail runner.
