Please join us for the interactive, in-person day-long program focused on the legal, regulatory, and transactional considerations that companies should have top of mind for medical devices and digital health products and initiatives. 

Covington's medical device and digital health experts will partner with industry leaders to provide multi-disciplinary, global perspectives on the latest developments, including a forward-looking discussion on the upcoming U.S. election’s impact on medical innovation. 

Topics will range from regulatory and transactional perspectives on the deployment of AI, to the current enforcement landscape, data privacy and cybersecurity trends, ESG, and compliance considerations from the general counsel’s perspective.
