 Join us for the next Women in MedTech Networking & Leadership Forum event on February 25, 2020, where a panel of women executives will share insights and advice on developing key relationships with mentors and sponsors. 

Our panel will feature Natalie Hardin, Global Human Resources Director, Boston Scientific; Brittany Bradrick, VP of Strategy and Corporate Development, Insulet, and Jennifer Griffin, Vice President of Industry Strategy and Investments, Mass Life Sciences Center. 

The group will discuss the do's and dont's of nurturing relationships with a work sponsor, as well as understanding the role of a career mentor. Our discussion will be moderated by Holly Scott, VP and Partner, The Mullings Group.

About the Women in MedTech Networking and Leadership Forum 

The mission of the MassMedic Women in MedTech Networking and Leadership Forum is to provide networking opportunities that inspire, engage, mentor and connect women at every stage of their professional career and from all areas of the New England medtech ecosystem. 

The Forum convenes a series of events featuring speakers and panels discussing the issues, challenges and opportunities for women in the medtech industry. Each event will also include structured networking time to enable attendees to make new connections. 

About our guests speakers: 

Natalie Hardin, Global Human Resources Director, Boston Scientific: Natalie is an experienced Global Human Resources Director with a demonstrated history of working in the medical device industry and manufacturing environments. 

Brittany Bradrick, Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development, Insulet: Brittany is responsible for advancing key strategic partnerships, identifying external growth opportunities and leading Insulet's strategic planning initiatives. She is an accomplished strategy and finance professional with significant life science experience in both corporations and investment banking. She joined Insulet from Abbott Diabetes Care, where she served as Director of Business Development and Alliance Management.

 Jennifer Griffin, Vice President Industry Strategy and Investments, Mass Life Sciences Center: Jennifer joined the MLSC in September of 2017. In her role, she develops and manages the investment strategy for initiatives and partnerships with the life sciences industry, including private, public, and nonprofit stakeholders, in order to support the needs of the Commonwealth’s life sciences ecosystem. Prior to joining the MLSC Jennifer spent time in both the academic and private sectors of the industry. She began her career in technology licensing as an Associate Licensing Officer at MIT’s Technology Licensing Office where she worked alongside faculty, researchers, investors, and entrepreneurs to commercialize early-stage life science technologies. 

Holly Scott, Vice President and Partner, The Mullings Group: With over 18 years experience in executive search, Holly brings a wealth of experience to The Mullings Group. She leads a team that works horizontally and vertically within every functional area of the device industry to meet key clients’ hiring goals. She manages key account relationships and leads TMG’s large project services within these specialty practices. She is an instrumental leader and mentor within the Mullings Group organization.
