A.J. Tibbetts A.J. Tibbetts, a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s IP & Technology Practice, leverages prior experience as a software engineer to provide practical IP strategy counseling on matters related to software- and electronics-implemented tech in the medical and life sciences domain, including in digital health, healthcare IT, medical devices, medical imaging, life sciences AI, drug discovery, and more. He has over a decade of experience working with LLMs for medical records and generation of medical record text, and natural language understanding/generation in other contexts. A.J.’s holistic approach to software IP incorporates open source practices and trade secret policies alongside patents, and extends beyond protecting rights into licensing/transactions, enforcement and defense, and diligence.

Eli Goldberg Eli Goldberg is the VP of data science for Current health, which was acquired by Best Buy Health for $400M. He holds a doctorate and a masters from ETH Zurich in Switzerland. Prior to joining Current Health, he served as Senior Director of Clinical Analytics at CVS Aetna, held scientific intrapreneurship positions at Novartis, and founded and exited several healthcare and data science startups. Eli currently holds several scientific advisory board positions for health-tech companies in the US and Australia.
