KMC Sustaining Systems Engineers provide leadership cross-functional production support teams to deliver the technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation on new production product transitions (pilot production) and current production programs. Sustaining Systems Engineers work with the production teams and customers to support instrument changes /updates in support of instrument production and resolution of field issues.
The Sustaining System Engineer helps to ensure technical issues that arise in the pilot and production programs are addressed and resolved. The Sustaining Systems Engineer maintains close interaction with customers and the production team to understand and enhance the ability to deliver customer satisfaction through higher product quality.
