Senior Global Manager, Health Economic Outcomes & Reimbursement (HEOR) is a critical element of our market access strategies to ensure success in an increasingly challenging market environment. New regulations, a decision-making process where the clinician is no longer the only player, and a concept of value which is more and more based on evidence coming from clinical studies and derived economic value from our technologies and solutions, makes it a must that we equip ourselves with the required capabilities and convey a meaningful value-based message to our customers.

Job Duties:

In a typical day, you will:

* Maintain responsibility for the development of consistent tools and methodologies to apply across ESD, TSD and to maximize efficiencies between Global and Regional execution.

* Develop the global HEO&R plan and -strategies in coordination with market access/reimbursement.

* Understand the unmet needs of non-clinical stakeholders (providers, payers).

* Develop Economic Value Proposition (EVP) early enough in the product development process with cross-functional team.

* Oversee the development of customer facing tools and programs for purchaser and payers with regional HEO&R/MA.

* Manage ‘Value Proposition Process’ to provide the HEO&R deliverables on time at the appropriate gates.

* Lead in responding to inquiries of technology assessment committees about the value of the product.

* Liaison with Clinical Affairs & Regulatory Affairs to ensure appropriate clinical support and guidance when addressing reimbursement issues, in order to foster close collaborations for the development of Value Propositions.

* Liaison to the region – bring feedback to the Global organization from the regions and their customers.

* Participate on new product launch teams with Head of HEO&R/MA.

* Assure that the Business Units understand the work that HEO&R is doing based on the TSD-training messaging.

* Develop and manage budget related to business units.

* Coordinate work of consultants to assure timely and impactful deliverable.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


* Advanced degree in economics, health economics, or public health (Master or PhD).

* Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the healthcare.

* An understanding of the payer systems in USA.

* Previous track record of working in Health Economics & Reimbursement for medical devices.

* Track record of working effectively with other cultures and international teams.

Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Fluent in English, additional language is a plus.

* Strong business management mind-set and the ability to implement solutions that support the achievement of business goal.

* Demonstrated ability to influence senior commercial leadership and confidently defend informed recommendations
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking skills.
