Embr Labs believes that personal well-being can be enhanced by harnessing the body’s natural response to temperature. We are a wellness tech company that has developed a unique, wearable thermal technology with therapeutic applications in both the consumer and regulated device space.
To date, Embr has sold over 45,000 devices to customers in 120+ countries around the world. Our wearable technology is accompanied by mobile apps and a robust backend, creating a platform for combining digital therapeutic experiences and utilizing data science to deliver powerful thermal interventions. Our technology was invented by the company’s founders while at MIT; we are backed by DigiTx Partners, Safar Partners, Bose Ventures and Intel Capital; and we have partnered with companies like Johnson and Johnson Innovation. Embr is a leading player in the area of haptic-based, digital therapeutics, an emerging industry that is projected to be worth $7.83 Billion by 2025.
‘EMBR’ stands for Environment, Mind, Body Resonance: we believe that technology can help us lead more balanced lives. Our workplace cultivates both fulfillment and fun.
