Job Summary

In this role, you will explore current lab-on-a-chip solutions, and identify unmet needs and potential solutions in this space. This work will span microfluidic chip design, fluidic control systems implementation, and wet lab experimentation. You will work closely with Triple Ring Technologies’ engineers and scientists in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review literature exploring current commercial and academic solutions, as well as unmet needs
  • Design and test a microfluidic device based on literature findings
  • Prototype control systems and detection modalities surrounding a lab-on-a-chip device
  • Document and report literature findings and design choices

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree candidate in bioengineering or other science or engineering major
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping, microfluidics, and/or wet lab either through lab courses or as a hobbyist
