Agile Search is engaged with a seed stage digital health organization building operations in the greater Washington D.C Metro area.

The Chief Operating Officer's primary goal is building and leading the organizational infrastructure to ensure successful delivery of our product to the customer in a timely manner.

You will directly advise the CEO on operational insights as well as provide leadership to the organization's first employees.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve goals to launch and scale this high growth Digital Health Start-Up
• Conduct strategic planning, to include workforce planning
• Hire and lead new employees
• Plan for and evaluate daily operations
• Aid in the identification of new markets and strategic business opportunities
• Maintain cybersecurity readiness throughout the company
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO

Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years' experience with track record of increased growth and/or responsibilities
• 5+ years of experience in digital health, medtech or health technology enterprises
• Extensive Cloud experience
• Microsoft Azure preferred
• Strategic planning, business and technical experience driving execution in an early stage company
• Executive communication skills
